I was a wedding photographer. I left this profession because I can’t save my eyes from watching females in this profession. But, if I still run my company hiring photographers, and the money I’ll earn from it is it halal for me?

ANSWER: No, this is haram income as women must not be filmed or photographed.

Is it allowed to work as a package delivery driver (for DHL) or as a luggage porter (in the airport) in a kafir country ? I ask the question because i would probably “unkowingly” carry haram items that are inside poeple’s packages or luggages.

Sheikh you always say that earning through youtube is haram, the ads on it are contains music or woman.But what if our content is halal? ANSWER: If this woman doesn’t abide by the hijab, this is prohibited as she would assist her in exposing herself to non mahram.

Is working as a taxi driver for a man or a woman in western countries halal or haram? Whether is during the day or night. Whether the driver knows where the passengers are going haram place or not? Or a driver can guess where the passengers are going to haram place by the way the passengers are dressing.

ANSWER: This profession is not permissible for women due to security reasons and it’s unsafe and due to non mahram men riding in the taxi.

I want to be a cake baker , but being a professional cake baker would involve taking orders for birthdays , anniversaries , mothers day fathers day , valentines day , big fat wedding , so even if i keep all the ingredient halal , but because my means of order would exactly me right will my earning be halal?

ANSWER: Selling cakes in general is permissible. But if you know for certain that it is for a birthday anniversary, Valentine’s Day, New Years or any haram activities, this is not permissible. Wedding cakes are ok.

ANSWER: If this saloon offers haram services such as eyebrows plucking and adorning non hijabi women, this is prohibited.

I have a online business where i sell only skin care products like cream, lotion etc. Can I sell Makeup products like lipstick, eyeliner etc? Is it haram because women shouldn’t go outside by wearing makeup and show their beauty to non mahram? But i don’t know the customers who will go outside by wearing makeup and who will do only for their husband.

ANSWER: As long as you don’t know whether they will use it in front of non mahram or not, the default is that it is permissible to sell it.

I have a business idea and found a brand manager online who is more than willing to help create traffic for my product. Should I go along with it as it is not run by Muslims?
