Calligraphy is permissible even with Quran but not to hang these verses as a portrait. You can write proverbs or even the hadeeth of the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam.

Making art for decor out of Ayats of the Quran is not permissible and disrespectful as it wasn’t revealed to be hung as decoration!
