I married a guy via Skype a years ago. I was in Spain and he was in Pakistan.With me were my grandfather, my brother and the brother of the guy as a witnesses. And with the guy were his whole family and wakeel. I leave with mum ,my father didn’t know nothing he live in another country. Is this marriage contract valid? Also I didn’t sign Nothing ? After that I told them I don’t want this guy.

my question is that my cousin has an interest with non muslim guy…who used to provide her with all the necessities that she needs…finally he came home to propose to her and the propasal was accepted by parents and even my cousin is ready to marry a non muslim guy….please am confused i dt knw what to do…shall i try something to stop this wedding to take place?
