ANSWER: She can’t marry without his consent and approval. She should fear Allah, repent to Him, show remorse from being in contact with a non mahram and apologize to her uncle and try to mend things with him.

In the subcontinent, there is a tradition called “Halala Marriage”. Once a women is divorced but after iddah, if she wants to go back or the husband wants to take hart back, she needs to get marry another person and if the 2nd hubby dies or give divorce to dat woman, she can get back to the 1st hubby. 4-5 people told me that if a girl and boy is in a serious relationship , if they said ” qabool hai ” 3 times as per conditions of nikkah , without signature on nikkah papers and even there is no witness of this act , they are considered as nikkahfied .
