Sir i want to know whether a marriage without vali is valid or not. There were two witness and brides sister was present at the time of marriage. Mahar was given, eejab qabul was done and qutba was recited. Nobody from the brides side was present at the marriage except her own sister( blood sister). Is this marriage valid

The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam ruled that any marriage that takes place without the consent of the guardian (Wali) is void.

my sister’s friend did nikah in 2000 without her fathers knowledge. when she got pregnant then her parents came to know.her father got anger but then he firgave her and sent her with her husband. she has 7 children now. when she was pregnant with the 7th baby at that time she went to court for nikah with her father. my question is, Is she was living in haraam? now what she should do?

She was indeed living in haram as the marriage contract was not valid until her father made the correct contract! There is nothing she can do except to repent to Allah, show remorse, seek His forgiveness and offer good deeds.

Please elaborate with reference from Quran or sunah,about a must for wali to be present even for a woman marrying second time.it is said every sheikh has his own fatwa

Even if she is getting married for the tenth time, she must have her Wali to give his approval, otherwise the marriage is invalid.

Such a marriage is invalid as the Prophet said, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

This guy proposed me to marry him and I accept it. He talked to my parents and they agreed. He arranged already the date for our wedding. My question is, It is true that when a guy ask u to marry him and you accept it, in Islam it is consider that u married already?

There is no such thing. You are only married once the nikah is done and the contract.

I have a (Christian) colleague who reverted to Islam. However, his wife was already a Muslim when they married. In this case, do they have to repeat their Nikah? They have kids as well.

my son is asking ,why is a muslim man adviced to seperate from a muslim wife,who dosent pray,when its allowed for him to marry a jew or a christian? We are confused about this.

Because he is allowed to only marry a Muslim, a Jew or a Christian and this woman who doesn’t pray is neither one of the three any more.

If a very close relative gets married with a Christian boy where parents do all the arrangements ,what should be our behaviour towards girl and parents.
