I am schdule to leave for umrah in 2 days. And i have just started my mensturation cycle( way before my actual dates). I very much dishearted because this was my last Umrah abd i will be leaving the country for good. What are my limitations sheilk ? Ca i just sit and read Quran. ANSWER: I personally believe that this is not permissible. One shouldn’t enjoy their celebrations as he will eventually believe that this is permissible.

I have a cat, and we buy her cat food from the store. Her food is meat from animals that aren’t slaughtered according to Islamic Law BUT we don’t buy her pork. My question is, if I touch her food to serve her or touch her mouth or any area where her food has been, would I have to change my clothes or reperform wudu?

Sheikh, if A convert has non Muslim family, is it haram to have dinner at their house (no ikhtilaat, it’s just their parents and siblings) on Christmas Eve without buying presents, signing or wishing happy Christmas? Can a person use the dinner as a method of being together with the family as some cultures only get together for celebrations?
