ANSWER:

If they possess the car before you commit to buying it and then you have the choice to buy or decline, this is permissible in sha Allah, though I doubt that they would buy the car without making you first sign papers to commit to buying it from them and this is not permissible.

IS BUYING CAR UNDER ISLAMIC AUTO LOAN ALLOWED IN ISLAM, I STAY IN DUBAI WHERE DUBAI ISLAMIC BANK PROVIDES ISLAMIC AUTO LOAN, bank name – dubai islamic bank can you please give me proper idea regarding this.
