Sheik, pls answer my question. My husband and my sister are getting closer, like whenever we gather in the dining room they are the last one to set their talking alot of things. What alarms me more is that my husband recently came from a trip and got us both a present which is exact the same. Is this normal? What is the ruling about this in islam.

My father wants to divide some property in 5 people (2 sons, 2 daughters and a wife) in 5 parts so that everyone gets 20%. All the sons and daughters are married with their own kids. What is Islamic ruling on giving high value gifts among family while living.

It is permissible to give the boys and girls equal gifts while he is alive. It must be transferred and registered in their names while he is alive.

Its the duty of both male n female to take care of their parents. But girls cannot take care of their parents after marriage. It involves great barriers like husbands permission, fear of in laws scolding. My husband’s parents scolding then by what means we shall help our parents as they are financially suffering

It is an obligation upon all children according to their ability.

Sheikh one couple has little bit disagrement about a ruling .that after a boy get adult he can not sleep in the same bed with his father & also included mother .. what is the islamic rulling about this.plz can you answer this ..husbend is saying from a certain distence it is permisabile..what is your opinion

Sleeping in the same room with your mother is permissible but not on the same bed! Sleeping in the same bed with your father or brother is permissible providing that there is no other option and you are covering yourself with different blankets.

We are 8 sisters and 1 brother. My mother during her lifetime has gifted the house to her only son. Is that allowed in Islam?

This is absolutely forbidden in islam. The gifts should be given equally among all children. If she gave the girls things that she didn’t give to him, this might be the reason.

If a son knew that is mother is a kafir,does her mother prayer be fulfilled on him…

If the son mistreated his mother and oppressed her, her Duaa could be accepted even if she was Kafir.

when my mother tells me to turn on the tv for her should I do it while I know my mom watches movies on it? What about when she tells me to give her the laptop charger when I know she needs it to continue watching movies on her laptop do I still give her the charger?
