I recently opened a joint bank account with my husband and have deposited all my personal savings into this account. When I want to use some of this money to spend, my husband doesn’t allow it. Even though I tell him I’m removing my contribution only and not his share of the savings. Does my husband have the right to do this?

ANSWER: He is sinful and has no right in doing this. He must give her back all what she owns and let her open her own back account which he has no control over as this is her money! It was her mistake from the beginning to allow him to know what she possesses!

There is a medicine, if wife eats this within three days after sex it will interrupt the sperm to take baby, is it parmissible to eat?

Shaikh when choosing to marry someone who a had bad past means was a very bad person but in present means since 2-3 years is a very good person connected to deen not missing any salah, so what should we do in such situation?

ANSWER: If he’s actually become practicing and committed to the deen with correct aqeedah then no problem in getting married to him.

Do you think one day Allah might ask a person why he/she continues to stay with a bad person with Muslim faith( ex: even after advising:- they barely do salaat,they mix with the non mahram very well, they follow rules suited to them only,they watch porn even their spouse fulfill their desires, they are very attached to this world beauty… meaning more bad things than good)? ANSWER: It is absolutely permissible to marry her as she’s not your mahram. However, for the marriage to be valid, her father’s (wali) consent is mandatory. Try to convince your uncle but if he refuses then move on as there are plenty of women out there.
