Shiek! my question is, what sunnah prayer will I pray when I arrive at the masjid after the azan is called and 3 minutes before the Iqamah will be called? can I pray Tahiyyatul Masjid or the sunnah prayer after the azan?

You pray the sunnah, tahiyattul masjid will be included in that itself.

If I go to Masjid just before Fajr and I pray 1 rakah witr only. Will that suffice as Tahiyatul Masjid?

I usually recite the following dua before starting the prayer “Inni wajjahtu wajhiya lillazi fatars samawati wal arza hanii-fo-wn-wamaa ana minal mushrikeen” but someone told me its bid’ah . i know its powerful words, but my question is, is it really bid’ah?

This Duaa must be said after takbeer in Salah and not before it.

n congregational prayer, if imam goes to ruku and then i joined the ruku. So this raka is complete or i have to repeat the raka as many people join the ruku with imam & then they dont repeat it.

If both you and The Imam were in ruku at the same time, this is a valid Rakah.

Is prayer invalid if one swallows food remnants during prayer?

If i miss fajar salah due to over sleeping can I pray it with zohar or do i have to pray it as soon as i wake up?

You have to pray it as soon as you wake up.

Is the surah read after fatihah obligatory? also , in silent prayers, is it obligatory for the imaam to read both the fatihah and another surah or can he read only fatiha?

Reciting Surah Fateha is obligatory, the other Surah after that is a Sunnah whether in loud or silent prayers, including Imam. You will be missing out on the reward though if you skip the other Surah. The follower is not allowed to recite anything in loud rakah except the Fatiha.

In India, there are not Masajid for women everywhere. So, if travelling to work or other purposes, and the time for Salah comes, is it allowed we pray the Fard Rakahs sitting in the vehicle we are travelling in (train/bus/auto), in the direction we are heading towards? Provided that the time for Salah will get over by the time we reach home.

You must stop and pray standing up and facing the qibla. If this is not possible, one can pray to the best of his ability.

1.Witr is not fard but rather a highly recommended sunnah which the Prophet salla Allahu aliaihi wa sallam never missed, even during safar. 2. Qunoot in Witr is not mandatory and it doesn’t require sujood as sahu if missed.
