You must stop and pray standing up and facing the qibla.
If this is not possible, one can pray to the best of his ability.

In India, there are not Masajid for women everywhere. So, if travelling to work or other purposes, and the time for Salah comes, is it allowed we pray the Fard Rakahs sitting in the vehicle we are travelling in (train/bus/auto), in the direction we are heading towards? Provided that the time for Salah will get over by the time we reach home.
