i want to ask can we pray tahajjud prayer at 4 a.m. since fajr starts at 4:30 a.m.

Yes. In fact this is the best time to pray tahajjud.

sheikh i live in Pakistan n the mosque’s imam gives the adhan 10 to 20mins later than the actual timings as i checked online.i have the salatuk app which is updated to Pakistan timings n accurate.is it ok if i pray when its time for salah according to the app and not wait for the imam to call out the adhan?because its always late.e.g:fajr according to app is at 5:06 but imam gives adhan at 5:20.

If i forget in witar 3 rakat to break the niyat ad recite duae qanoot.its better to do sajda sahoo or repeat the whole witar

while praying I kept a sutrah in front of me but still some adult women passed by it. I asked the islamic teacher if I have to repeat the prayer and she said no..then another teacher said yes..it’s been around 2 months since this happend..do I have ti repeat it?

If she passed beyond the sutra, your prayer is valid

What is the punishment If You talk with other peaople when the adhan is calling, or is it okay to talk when the imam is giving the adhan?

What you had missed, what you prayed after it takes its place. This means you have to stand up and pray one more rakah and offer sujood assahu after Salam.

He must take all necessary means of finding the qibla such as asking others for direction, contacting the Islamic center, using a compass or using a mobile app for finding it. If you were still unable, you should pray facing the direction which you think is most likely to be the direction of the qiblah
