Old person who wear diapers and can not control urine, body waste, etc. is it obliged for them to read salah in bed ridden condition. If yes then how can they read salah in un-purified state like this

ANSWER: Allah says: fear Allah to the best of your ability. If he does his best, Allah will accept his prayers even if he doesn’t perform wudhu or clean himself in the case he had no one to assist him.

Is it compulsory to pray 2 rakah of Sunnah before fajr .if some one not pray then his Salah is acceptable or not?

ANSWER: No, this is not compulsory, though it’s highly recommended and Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam never used to miss this and the witr even while traveling. You would lose a great deal of reward if you don’t pray the sunnah prayers but you’re not sinful and your prayers are still valid.

Should one leave to go pray in congregation when there’s a visitor over his house.

ANSWER: Take him along with you to the masjid and pray.

I heard that in one of your lectures that we can say ameen to the dua made by Imam after Jumah Salah (i.e) congregational dua in jumah.. In general, congregational dua after every fard Salah is innovation, then how come saying ameen to congregational dua is permissible after jumah Salah?

ANSWER: The duaa said on Friday is done at the end of the khutba and not after concluding the prayer.

Sheikh while we are out at Mall , public place and the prayer time has started how can we offer namaaz for women’ Can we sit at a corner offer prayer at that spot while we sit as we don’t want to delay or should we offer namaaz of that particular time while we get home Please suggest

ANSWER: She must pray on time and not delay it till the time is out. She can pray in the mall itself or in any empty space.

If the right row in prayer is more than the left row, is it obligatory to be on the left side?

ANSWER: You should join the left side so that the imam remains in the middle.

Even though I try avoiding, still at times owing to unforseen circumstances (once in a month or so) I get stuck in traffic jams in my city which result in me missing the congregation. So, what under such circumstances is better for me especially if there is plenty of time left; to pray alone as soon as I find a Masijd or to lead a prayer in congregation at home with my wife behind me?

ANSWER: It is best to go to the nearest masjid and pray there.

Brother, me and my husband prayed asar prayer on time at home and after that we went to a nikah at mosque. My husband prayed asar prayer again with the congregation because it looks odds not to pray but I prayed tahiatul masjid and sat … which one is right?

ANSWER: Both of you are right. It’s sunnah to pray again (with the intention of voluntary prayer) if he already prayed and congregation is going on because people might think wrong about him. For women it’s not obligatory to pray in Masjid in congregation so what you did was OK for you.

Is it compulsory to pray 3 rakah of vitr after Isha .If some one not pray then it’s Isha prayer will accepted or not ?

ANSWER: Witr is not mandatory. Your isha is not effected by this. It is a highly recommended Sunnah. The Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam used to never miss witr and the 2 rakahs Sunnah of fajr even while he was traveling, but this is not mandatory.

Is this hadees authentic that “Whoever prays to Allah for forty days in congregation, catching up with the first takbeer, he will be recorded as being free from two things: free from the Fire and free from hypocrisy.”
