In my country student are forced to go to study in private tuition despite going to school.Because a lot of teachers only teach well in their private tuition and don’t care about student in school.This put the student education at risk.Are teacher allow to teach privately using school resources (copyright) in this situation and are student allow to go to those private tuition ?

ANSWER: It is not permissible for the teachers to use school resources for their personal private tuition and it is against the law. However, the sin is on them alone and there is no problem in the students benefiting from this service in order to get proper education and learn.

I saw many advertisement papers on the ground in which Basmalah is written in the transliterated form(not in Arabic),is it obligatory on me to collect those papers

ANSWER: Ignore him but be diplomatic. She is obliged to obey Allah! Next thing, he will ask her to come and sit with his friends.

On my wedding day after the nikah i was ignorant to let a man fashion designer sew a headpiece on my hair it wasnt my intent . He saw me without hijab and as much as i fought and wanted my wedding the right way ,i messed up in that aspect.He saw my hair and touched my head before my husband did. Whats the ruling on selling money? Example: I have a old (£1) coin & it is 50 or 100 years old. Though it is a pound after all, but can i sell it for more than its value (let’s say £500)? Sometimes people collect rare/old coins.

I watched your video about fashion & videos about how women should dress up. In the first video you’re saying that Muslims can wear beautiful clothes & in the others you’re saying women can’t wear beautiful clothes because they will attract men. Is it permissible for me to send € from my bankaccount in Austria to my bankaccount in S. Arabia and receiving SAR via a company that provides transactions much cheaper than from bank to bank. Example: With a 100 € transaction I receive 418,79 SAR. If I do it from bank to bank directly I´ll have to pay ~127 € to get the same amount.Therefore the banks charge a lot. Does it have to be hand in hand?

ANSWER: Transfer through the bank is done by making the exchange and then authorizing them to do the transfer. If the other company is legal and does the same and transfers the money without any delay, this is permissible.

The account am using always gives me interest every month I normally calculate d interest out of my balance and take it to orphanage I don’t know if am doing the right thing.can I also give the interest to my brother,father,mother or guidance who doesn’t have money?
