There is a company if you invest 500$. every month you will get 100$ for a year and they don’t deal with Alcohol or gambling or any haram business because is a islamic company so is this Riba ?

ANSWER: Yes, this is riba and one of the major sins in Islam because this profit is fixed. For any investment to be halal, it must be a halal business and you must share both profit and loss and the profit must not be fixed (Percentage can be fixed but not the actual amount)

As a girl I know i should lower my gaze when I look at men. Am I allowed to watch comedy shows if only men feature in it. I watch a show and that show doesn’t use music and also doesn’t feature any females and it’s comedy/being Muslim show and features others from the Muslim dawah community… Am I allowed to watch these shows

ANSWER: Women are not required to lower their gaze unless there is fitnah. However, wasting time in watching comedy shows that include a lot of lying is not permissible.

ANSWER: No problem in keeping childhood pics. It is prohibited to keep photos of women and deceased.

Ya shaykh is it permissible to have a smile on your face when talking to a non mahram female? for valid reasons not talking for fun, like when buying & selling, or in school with the teacher, etc, I currently reside in the usa I’m always double guessing in these situations, it’s embarrassing sometimes

Sheikh I am getting married in a couple of days and I am afraid that at the wedding females will capture my picture. Im a girl in a muslim uni and its mixed. Often i see my friends interacting with guys and hanging out and also having soo much fun.honestly i feel very lame because i only keep a few female friends.
