I don’t know what he is basing his allegation on. It is premature to label someone as kafir only on such information.

A local Mufti of India says that Shiv and Parvati ( Hindu false God and goddess) are Adam alehi salam and hawa alehi salam. He claims Shiv to be the first prophet of the Muslims. Can you call this Mufti kafir?

If somebody makes jokes about islam or Allah etc, muslim or non muslims, and we dont laugh at it. Can we laugh and deal with them, like being around with them if they make jokes about other things?
