I got to know about my friend’s past and I advised her to repent and to never fall into the haram relationships.She was very guilty and was not accepting that she was into haram before.To make her feel better,I told her a gist of what wrong I did in my past. Now I am feeling bad that I told her a little of my past too. I repented to Allah and my friend has repented too. But still its killing me.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to expose your sins nor do you have any right in asking about her past. What you did was very wrong and sinful! You can’t do anything about it now except repenting and asking Allah for forgiveness.

ANSWER: No problem in leading the prayer and what you have heard about dua is not correct. You’re sinful for not removing pubic and armpit hair for more than 40 days but this does not affect your prayers or duas.

I was in a haram relationship and ive ended everything. I want to completely block him but im scared because he has my pics and our selfies together. Im scared because if i block he may threaten to send our pictures to my family. So is it okay if he has my pics as im repenting to Allah daily

ANSWER: No problem, but you would lose a great deal of reward if you don’t pray the 12 emphatic sunnah prayers but you’re not sinful and your prayers are valid.

Is it permissible to randomly fast one day during the week as well as the Monday and Thursday for the sake of Allah or would this be a innovation?

ANSWER: You can, providing it is not isolating Friday or Saturday and that the total number of days of fasting does not exceed 15 days a month.

Sheikh, watching your videos has enlightened me a lot, but as someone born in Hanafi environment, i have caught a lot of things that contradict with the Sunnahs of Prophet especially in how to pray, after i watched your prophet’s way of praying video, it seems Hanafi has quite a few differences, now what to follow and what not to?
