ANSWER:

If you know for certain that he is going to commit shirk with it and you still give it to him, this is assisting him on shirk and you will be as sinful as him. 

Shaykh If a person ask my things planning to do any thing sinful may be shirk and I know that but I am giving it thinking giving this is ok and I am not accountable for his action what he used to do with it is this ok or I am accountable for his sin and If he is it to commit kufr is this take me out of the fold of Islam
