Many of my Muslims nowadays support homosexuality. I try to tell them that its haraam and with proof about why its haraam, but all I get from them is mockery. I feel so bad for myself now.I have a feeling of “surveillance” around my friends. Its like I say my opinion and then all of a sudden they make fun of me. I feel like people can control and manipulate me very easily.

ANSWER: He doesn’t boast about it or is not a show off.

When a marriage is fixed people from boys side come to the girls house wherein the mother in law wears garland to the girl, serve her sweet and she takes money in her hand and circles it over girls head to ward off evil eye and this money is given to poor, is this Shirk? And how can we stop people from doing this when they are elder to us and can this money really be given to poor?

Sheikh there’s this kind of tawba i have been taught since i was little. That if you say something bad you touch your right cheek twice and left cheek once saying tawba each time consecutively. Is this an innovation?

ANSWER: This is not true. What is authentic is that the poor would go to jannah 500 years before the rich since they have less financial accounting to give.

Sheikh is there any way a competition (other than horse riding, archery, camel racing) can be halal? Suppose having a sponsor, not taking registration fees or anything?

ANSWER: No problem in having competitions if you have NOT paid anything to enter the competition, providing there are no other haram activities involved like music, free mixing between genders etc. But if you paid an entry fee and then participate in any activity with the possibility of winning something, this is gambling.
