ANSWER: The sunnah is to repeat after a live athaan and say the dua after hearing it. If you can’t hear it, you shouldn’t say the duaa. If you are a male, you can call the athan yourself and say the duaa.

ANSWER: As long as she has sincerely repented to Allah while showing deep remorse, Allah will forgive her and she can marry any practicing Muslim. She must not reveal her sin in front of ANYBODY.
