I slept before Maghreb then my mom woke me up, I wasn’t paying attention to the time, subconsciously went back to sleep. My mom woke me up again. Before I went to make wudu, I ate some food because I was hungry then, the adhan of Esha called. I didn’t know that I had little time. I prayed Maghreb before going to the mosque for Esha.I didn’t intentionally miss Maghreb, does this fall in categories of unintended?

A guy broke my heart by making me believe he loves me. I wanted a halal relationship,told him speak with ur parents. He tried once and parents said no. he gave up on me. we were together for 2 years. Can we do ghusal after getting free from our chores..? Ghusal that is compulsory after s*x .. Because I have to do housework as soon as I wake up if I wake up late.

ANSWER: No problem in doing chores when in the state of major sexual impurity. You must take ghusl when it’s time to pray.

Good day sheikh. My question is if i have sexual intercourse with my husband and and the next day my period came.so after my period am i to perform two ghusl for each or one ghusl with both intention? Thank you

ANSWER: One ghusl is sufficient for both, however you must take ghusl after the intercourse even during menses so that you can recite the Quran.

Heard that it’s haram to greet with gesture(hand/finger).So, it is haram to wave the hand as a greeting? How about waving and smiling as a greeting? What about greeting someone while waving and saying hi/hello?What about the world leaders waving hands to public/media in meeting or seminars?

ANSWER: This is what Ibn Allah qayyem said as this was at his time part of the forms of greeting by the disbelievers. Nowadays, this is mainly common among the Muslims and it seems to be ok providing it is with mahrams or the same gender.

Allah blessed me with 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter but they all died at different ages. 10 months, 15 months, 1.5 year and my daughter died 6 months ago at age of 2.5 years. it has broken us but we are still asking for Sabr from Allah. One of the categories of people, who will be under the shade of Allah is the youth who grew up worshipping Him. Is doing the obligatory Ibadats enough to be in this category or someone has to do more nafl Ibadats also?
