QUESTION: Sheikh does reading the quran without wodhu get counted in completing quran? Sometimes I read the Quran without wodhu as in ramadhaan I’m prone to a lot of passing of gasses.

ANSWER: No problem in this as long as you don’t touch the Quran with bare hands. It counts as completing the Quran.

QUESTION: If I intend to pray shaf’i 2 rak’ah and then 1 rak’ah witr after it can I change my mind during prayer and make it 3 rak’ah witr? E.g., instead of sitting for the second rak’ah I get up and make the prayer witr. And vice versa, i.e., intending to pray 3 but making it 2 + 1 instead?
