ANSWER: You should maintain kinship relationship with your mother till she dies and be dutiful and respectful towards her. You should not pay for her burial as they would bury her as a Christian; therefore, you would be facilitating and collaborating in their sin.

ANSWER: If there is any cheating or lying where you benefit from a service that the service provider would only grant if you were from a country other than yours, you would be lying and cheating and using VPN for that is prohibited.

ANSWER: This is permissible. You can touch the mushaf with a barrier like gloves or holding a piece of cloth etc

QUESTION: Do I have to visit my husband’s non-Muslim family when they invite us (including uncles, cousins, etc.)? I don’t feel comfortable there, especially when it’s so crowded.
