ANSWER: He will not be forgiven by Allah for his crime unless he repents and shows remorse. Still, the victim will take its rights from him on the day of judgment.

ANSWER: If you entrusted your mother and the money was stolen or genuinely lost without any transgression or negligence from her, you can’t ask her to compensate you for it as this was not a loan and she didn’t do anything wrong
