ANSWER: Such a person is in great danger and he is committing a major sin and it is very possible that he would come on the day of judgement and discover that he is labeled as kafir! He is playing Russian roulette! It is game over if there was a bullet in the chamber!

QUESTION: Sheikh, if during prayer one’s nose is slightly runny and he wipe it with his sleeve, does it invalidate his wudu and prayer?since it may be impure.

ANSWER: It is permissible for a male doctor to treat a female patient due to necessity providing that she is not alone with him and he only looks and touches the area needed.
