QUESTION: During Rajab 27 I know its a bidah my parents observe this , so they will not make any food during the day , i always thinks to take fast in other days like normal sunnah , Bcz of lazy i couldn’t but there will be no food on rajab 27 so I observe the fast with the intention of normal sunnah is this permissible

My understanding according to this aya is no body is being punished in grave Chapter (36) sūrat yā sīn: They will say, “O woe to us! QUESTION: Sheikh is is ok if I recite “Aytul Kursi” in my mind without moving my lips before sleeping, would I get the Sunnah?
