ANSWER: What you have heard is not true You both are husband and wife unless he divorces you or you take khula, even if you live separately, without having intimacy for 50 years!

QUESTION: I live in a kufr country and I took a loan with interest, I transferred it to a person who then blocked me, I didn’t even spend it on anything and I regretted having done all that. ANSWER: If the athan has already been given in any masjid in your city, there’s no need for you to give it. You should give the Iqamah before praying as this is a highly recommended sunnah but not mandatory.

QUESTION: In our dorm, someone left some fruits on the table. Usually if people wanted to give out food for free they leave it on the table with a note. But this one had no note and it had been on the table for days. Am I allowed to assume the person is giving it out and can I take it?

ANSWER: If they are abusing your wife to her face and saying hurtful things, she must not visit them as she is not obliged to do so, especially if she doesn’t have a man who would stand up for her and protect her.
