However, if they interfere in their grandchildren’s lives or impact their Islamic upbringing negatively, one must keep his distance without severing ties of kinship 

QUESTION: What rights do grandparents have over raising their grandkids? My in laws spy on my kids &cause problems by exposing their sins &call them Christian which my kids tell them they don’t like. They’re not happy with the way we are raising kids &get upset when we ask them to not interfere.
