It is very clear. Any man wearing trousers or garment that exceed the ankles, that portion of his body will be burnt in hell.

I saw a statement which says that “There is no authentic Hadith stating that one must place the hands on or near (under) the chest or below the navel.” Is this true?

The hadeeth which this person graded as weak is authentic and it was authenticated by Imam Al Albani who was one of the greatest Imams in the sciences of Hadeeth. Therefore, don’t listen except to those who are expert in their sciences.

Is this riwayah true, that the beard is the place where houris hang on? Is it a hadith or something? Is it authenticated?

This hadeeth is not authentic. The authentic hadeeth is that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam told the man who wanted to go for Jihad while having a mother, he told him to stay close to her as Paradise is under her feet. This is in Al Mosnad, Ibn Majah and Al Nasa’ee.

“Value five things before five things: youth before senility, health before illness, solvency before poverty, free time before getting busy, and life before death.” The source is given as Al-Hakim’s Al Mustadrak: 4-306. Is this authentic?

No, this is not authentic. The authentic hadeeth is on these women who prevented their infants from suckling. Their punishment is to be hanged from their breasts.
