QUESTION: Can a Muslim offer food/drinks to or sit with a non-Muslim colleague during the daytime in Ramadan, knowing that person will consume food during the day?

ANSWER: Offering food to them in the daytime of Ramadan is not permissible. You should not sit with them if they are going to eat or drink.

ANSWER: If you missed it due to menses and were clean after midnight, you can offer tahajjud without a problem.

ANSWER: The majority of scholars say that this is not permissible and some say that it is makrooh and others say that the prayer is invalid. It has to be 2×2 and not 4

QUESTION: We say inshallah when we refer to something in the future. should we also do this while conversing with kaafirs or sending out work emails? Is it sufficient if we say it silently under our breath? Its hard to explain everybody what the term inshallah means.

ANSWER: She must not be seen in public with someone who does not abide by the proper hijab.

QUESTION: If an Imam consumed intoxicants, and is still within the (40) days of his prayers not being accepted, but still continues to do so without the knowledge of the people praying behindhim, will the prayer of the people be accepted? is he sinful as he doesn’t want to expose what he did? and is it better for the people, upon knowing this information to pray individually rather than in congregation?

ANSWER: The prayer of the people is valid even if he prays without wudhu! He is sinful though for what he is doing and such a person must not assume the role of an imam as he is more likely a hypocrite
