All is permissible but using the right is the sunnah and more rewardable.

Sheikh, what does this mean that we can raise hands for genral dua only otherwise not after every prayer please clarify what does GENERAL DUA means ?

It means that when you make DU’ah between the athan and iqamah or in the niddle of the night etc.

If someone recites Soorah Mulk after Maghrib prayer (before Isha prayer), does he get the same reward of being saved from the punishment of grave?

In sha Allah this is permissible, but he should try to follow the sunnah and recite it before going to bed just to be on the safe side. As for reciting it every time after Maghreb prayer, this is an innovation .

Offering salutation to the Prophet sallah Allahu alaihi wa sallam is rewarded by Allah praising that individual and raising his status in Paradise.

I would like to used the 99 names of Allah in my dua, but different names at different times. confused as to how i say them (pronounce) when i am saying this in dua (with the right start e.g. Ar), and i am worried about saying this wrong. I know that for Rahman, it is said as Ar-Rahman, when i say this in dua.

When you supplicate and call Allah with His names, you remove the definite article “Al” and you Say “Ya Rahman, Ya Haleem”. With Allah, you say Ya Allah.
