Can I recite du’ah istikhara in my native language?

I would recommend that you do both.

I’ll be leaving for pakistan tomorrow and staying with my mother in law for 16 days, we do visit them every year atleast, tell me please should i pray the full rakahs for each salah, or can i shorten and join the prayers.

If your mother in law is not living in your hometown, you can shorten the whole period. But if she lives in your same city, you have to pray full prayers.

And is it true that anyone who misses his Asr prayer will have all his good deeds (including his fasts, prayers etc) cancelled?

This is not true unless he deliberately skips Asr prayer until Maghrib is due every single day. Whoever does this would lose all his good deeds.

I see some people who join congregation late get up to peform the missed rakahs as soon as the Imam turns right to say Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. They don’t wait for the Imam to turn left and say Assalamu alaikum… Is it correct?

What they are doing is wrong. They should wait until he finishes both tasleem.

I have hurt my colateral ligament (the bone behind the has twisted in the injury) and i can not sit in tashahud becaus my knee hurts, untill i get well is it a sin to sit on a chair only in tashahud.becaus some say to me that i have to sit just like the prophet Muhammed (May Allahs Peace and Blessing Be Upon Him) did and some say that you can use a chair if you are unable to sit or becaus of and injury, so that is my question: if i can sit on a chair only for tashahud?

Witr is not mandatory but it is highly recommended and the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam has never left it neither he was residing nor when traveling. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam encouraged Muslims to perform witr by telling them to observe witr.

Due to constant busy schedule and demand meetings- family and work front, I miss my prayers most of the times. I feel extremely guilty and I make-up for them but I feel from inside that I am sinning. Can you advise me on my situation?

If i need to make-up prayers for 4 years, how do I do it? Any specific way?

You can’t make up for these 4 years. You have to repent, ask Allah for forgiveness and offer as many good deeds as you can.

I had my puberty at the age of 10, I did not observe my obligatory prayers for many years since then. Only a few days back, I started getting the fear of death. What can I do now?

What is gone is gone in prayers. You can’t make up for the prayers missed. You have to observe praying on time and offer as many good deeds as you can and Allah will forgive you.

Can I pray 2 raakah if the khutbah has started during the Juma’a prayer. Some say its OK, while some say that once the adhan is called you are not suppose to pray 2 raakah. Please clarify this confusion for me.

If a person enters the masjid after the athan or while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, he must not sit down before praying 2 Rak’ah. This is the instruction of our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.
