If we use the siwak while we are fasting, are we allowed to swallow the saliva resulting after cleaning our mouth, as u know,the siwak leaves a taste in the mouth

It is permissible to swallow it as it is only a taste and the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to do this and he never spitted it. And Allah knows best
