Is an Adhan valid if it was given in a faster pace because I have the adhan for Asr on Thursday and it was faster than a normal adhan? Is it Fard for it to be slow?

The speed is not an issue. It should be loud and clear.

An employer found out that his worker has been stealing money from his business for some time. Though he has not caught him red handed, the overwhelming circumstantial evidences leaves no doubt at all about the thefts. However the worker stubbornly refused to admit his wrongdoing. What is the Islamic ruling if the employer straightaway cut the wages of the worker to cover his loss due to the theft as it would not be worth the trouble to bring the case to the court ?

I have given 5000000 to someone to do business with this money. He buys land then sell it with profit. He made a deal that he will take 20% from this profit for working while I do nothing and he gives me profit every following year. This is has loss sometimes and sometimes profit is high. Is this permissible?

My wife went to her parents home saying she will return back after 3 to 7 days, But she did not return. Its almost 9 months now. My son is only 1 year 2 months now. I did not send her any money during this time. Now I think, she will not return. I know that I don’t have to pay her Nafaqa, as I asked her not to leave and inquired when is she returning, she said she would return but it turns out to be lie everytime. I would like to know should I wait until she ask Khul from me to send my sons Nafaqa. Am I zalim if I am not paying my sons nafaqa until now. Note : Divorce had not happen until now.

You are sinful for not sending the nafaqah of your son. You don’t have to divorce her as she is the one who left. You can wait until she files for khul’a.

I am thinking to start an agency business. Our business is to book tickets for people. But the question is we afraid some people would travel for christmas holiday or visit family for christmas. So even though we book tickets for such people, is this business permissible?

I came across the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu aleyhee wa sallam said : when you call the hypocrite a ‘ Mister’ has made your lord anger. ( reported by An nasai). What does it mean by Mister here ? bcoz in english its common english language addressing Mr.
