I lent some money to my brother. Its been more than a year and I am not sure when he will return it. do I have to pay zakat on it

Yes. Only if you asked him for it and he refuses to give it back or apologizes for being unable to give it back, only in this case you don’t have to pay zakat until he returns it to you.

Can one use a used water bymyself like lets say i was washing my hands and it fell in the bucket how about spitting and nose wemt in there also how about a other person if there was no water around would he use that or tayamum?

If a person doing the daytime of Ramadan did not fast yet he committed fornication, he is obliged to fast two consecutive months. Question is: Fasting two months is hard for me and i dont think i could do it maybe illness and negligence plus the next few months i will be travelling so i can the money straight away now, can i feed (60 people) the poor instead?

The only possibility not to fast these two consecutive months is your disability. If you will be able after some time, a year or two or more, you must fast them then and feeding wouldn’t be accepted. If you have a real illness that doctors forbid you from fasting till you die, you can feed!

Before I go into the bathroom to make wudoo or ghusl should I bismillaah? How about the duaa for entering the bathroom and leaving and also the duaa for after wudoo? Is saying the basmalah waajib or not?
