In places there is 2 adhan for jumua prayer on Friday, If am doing duha prayer after 1st adhan , is it valid?

Can i marry my mama(mother’s brothr)’s daughter, whom my Mother breast fed thrice for her survival as her mother was in unconscious state post the pregnancy and suffered lack of breast milk to feed her baby. Unfortunately my mama has passed away recently due to sudden cardiac arrest. It’ll be a great support for them if i marry his daughter. But am confused whether this marriage is Haram or Halal.

It appears that the marriage is Halaal if the baby was breastfed for less than 5 times.

Do I need to put a sutra in front of me when I pray towards a wall (I mean I pray just in front of the wall)

If a person makes a vow of doing some night adhkar forever then can he pays kaffara yemeen and finish the vow. The vow wasnt conditioned like, “if this happens then I ll always do night adhkaar always.”

1. This is kufr 2. This is not kufr but it is disliked and repulsive. 3. This can be shirk, depending on his intention.

If I have slept through my Fajr prayer or any other prayer by accident and I wake up and there is only few minutes left in the time for the Duhur prayer or any other prayer, should I pray my Fajr prayer in risk of missing the time for Duhur or should I catch Duhur in its time and then make up my Fajr after?

You must pray the prayer of the present time so that you would pray it on its time and then make up for your prior missed prayer.

there is a petition against banning the niqab in colleges in the UK. Are we allowed by Islam to sign this. If yes where from the sunnah or from the time of the salaf is this evident.

Where in the sunnah or the salaf that going to college is permissible? You pay taxes, mix with the opposite gender, live in a kafir country and rule with other than the laws of Allah! When it comes to preventing evil through signing a petition, you have doubts?

Is touching the Kaaba bidah, if a person does it with the love for the Kaaba for the sake of Allah. If it is not, are other intentions allowed and which intentions are not allowed.

dear sheikh, after now learning arabic more I have found out ibn saidi said that an islamic country is based on the ruling if its ruled by the sharia. Doesnt this make the most so called muslims lands are actually dar al kufr? like egypt, tunis, marocco.
