What is the ruling on taking my cousin sister in car to driving school. while she has no other option but to go with a non mahram?

Mahram

05 Nov

It is not permissible for you to be in contact with her or to be with her alone in a car.

My Dad needs some medical treatment, but sometimes it is difficult to find facilities where only males are present (for example, the doctor may be male, but the nurses are female). Is it permissible for him to go to a local hospital even if the nurses are female and may have to touch him and look at his private areas?

Medicine and medical treatments

04 Nov

This is permissible in necessities but he shouldn’t allow the females to see or touch his private parts as long as there is a male doctor.

The creature which took prophet (saw) on isra wal miraj from jerusalem to Allah …was it a cow ??.. Is there any shaheeh hadith to describe the creature…..was it peacock or horse…etc..

Biography of the Prophet salla Allahu alahi wa sallam

It wasn’t an animal like we know of animals!

shaykh can a person do 1 ghusul if 2 ghusuls are compulsory on him eg thurdsay he do intercorse so he has do ghsul n on jummuh other ghusul is compulsory so can he do only 1 if he has 2

Purity

04 Nov

Yes, he can do one.

I read that before, but I am a bit unclear about something. If a person says a vow like “I vow to fast 20 days”, but he did not intend to actually vow, he just said it as a lie or showoff, then is it considered as a valid vow? Does he have to fulfill it as it is a vow to do an act of worship, even though he did not intend to vow?

Oaths

04 Nov

If he has uttered it, then he must fulfill it.

Sheikh, is it allowed to talk about a person’s sin behind their back if he or she does that sin openly?

Backbiting

04 Nov

No, this is not permissible unless there is a legitimate reason for such an act.

If the parents doesn’t let the son to fulfill his wife’s right, and if he doesn’t obey his parents. Is this permissible? Eg: not letting the son for not going to his wife’s home for staying along with her or for dinner.

Fiqh of the family

04 Nov

He must not obey his parents in such issues if there is no benefit in it for them! Such control is abhorred in Islam.

In our school on every friday and sometimes on other days also, we recite Holy Quran and when a boy takes it (Holy Quran) in our class, students stand up as a respect towards Holy Quran. Is this sin, shirk or permissible, because they may stand up believing that Holy Quran is creation. I dont believe that it is creation.

Innovations

04 Nov

This is an innovation.

Suppose I buy a product A using interest, and then sell the product, then with that money buy another product B without interest, will my 2nd transaction of product B be halal? Or will it be haram.

Riba

04 Nov

It will be halaal. However that does not remove your sin for using riba for the inital transaction.
