I usually fast three days per month but I heard that during this month we are not to fast the 13th day? Is it correct? If so do I fast on 14 and 15th?

in my country,people are always divided into 2 when it comes during eid moon sighting..Half follow the saudi sighting and half follow the local sighting..However my question is regarding fasting on the day of arafa..We from Africa,should we follow our sighting and fast on the 9th or we have to follow those in makkah and fast on the date they will be in arafa?Note that datewise,saudis are ahead of us by 1 day..

You must follow the Muslim ruler if you have one or the Islamic authority in your country! If you don’t have neither one, you should follow the sighting.

This is not possible! Your father must be your wali! If he is dead or there is a legitimate reason for him not to be your wali, then it must be your brother and then your paternal uncle. If there isn’t anyone suitable, the Muslim judge would be your wali!

my question is can we read subhanallahi wa bi hamdi after every salah 20times so that we can read it in a total 100 times in a day as prophet muhammad (peace be upon him)says if any1 reads it 100 times in a day he sins will be washed i want to ask if i can read 20times bcoz we hav 5 fard salah and so it wud make it a total of 100 times so in this case i m not doing a bidah pls confirm.
