How do we pay zakat on buildings that we own and keep for rent?

There is no zakat on it.

I am a medical student preparing for post graduation exams. So is there any relaxation in terms of praying only fard prayers or praying at home only. Like a man that comes to the Prophet (saw) and said that I will do only the bare minimum and the Prophet (saw) said that the person will be in Jannah if he spoke truth.

Your must pray in the masjid with the congregation. As for the sunnah prayers, this is up to you. The more you follow the sunnah, the more Barakah you will get in your life.

I was given a gift of a hand drawn portrait of my son. I know it is haram to draw anything that has a soul. So my question is, what should I do with this portrait? Can I keep it or should I dispose of it?

Will the following payment of money qualify as zakat? A son-in-law paying for the medical expenses of his aged father-in-law (age over 80 years). The father-in-law has some financial assets but they are not enough to pay for medical expenses

My question is can we wipe over our socks and if it has a little hole in it, will it be valid?

No, you are not sinful.

The ghusl should be made with the intention of coming back to islaam? After making ghusl, is there a specific dua i should make or like make the declaration of the shahadatayn? Also, about all the salah i have missed, is praying the prayers from now on and trying to pray nawafil prayers enough or do I need to make them up all up?

When a muslim who hasnt been praying for a number of years even after reaching the age of puberty, eventually starts practicing the deen alHumdulilah. my question is did they need to do a ghusl because i heard if a person apostates, they have to do ghusl to return back, not sure if a person is classified to be an apostate

Please can you tell me if it’s permissable to give sadaqah jaariyah on behalf of all the deceased muslims who have passed away and if so can it be for any amount of money?

This has no bases for it! You can do it on behalf of a specific deceased, but not on all of them.
