No, this doesn’t cancel it. You need to repent and seek that person’s forgiveness if it wouldn’t cause any further damage or more harm.

This is not permissible.

When a man and a woman who are married divorce and they have a child, the man must pay for the child and is responsible for it , right? but what if the man wants to move to another country together with his child and the mother doesn’t want to give the child to him, is it permissible then to negotiate that the woman pays for everything alone and both agree so that the father doesn’t have to pay anything? (it was even the mother’s idea)

As long as the woman didn’t marry, the custody of the child must remain with her and the father is obliged to support and provide for his son no matter what country he is in.

I am a revert and had a child before I was Muslim who’s father is Christian. I’ve tried to show him Islam and I’ve taught him as much as I can to fast and pray and the oneness of Allah ect. If he is brought up in your house and under your custody, he is Muslim by default and you must treat him as one.

Shaykh, I am worried; I intentionally give the wrong impression. obviously we hate disbelief so we have for example Christianity. But I have a Christian interviewer so I don’t want him to think or rather know that I hate Christianity otherwise he will reject me obviously. So is it okay for me to want him to be ignorant of that fact?
