i’ve read about the 10 nullifiers of Islam, but what i dont understand is once any of the nullifiers are applied to someone, does it make them a kafir, or what?

Takfeer is to be done by scholars and not by laymen. Scholars would not give takfeer to individuals unless they sit with them and make sure that all the conditions are fulfilled and that they are not ignorant or unaware of the ruling of their actions or beliefs!

I have heard an incident (don’t know if it is true or not and don’t know full story) called “Gadir-e-Khum” related to Muhammad sallallahualaihiwasallam and Ali radiallahuanhu which some say about succession of rasulallah. Did something like it really happen?

No, this is all lies of the Shia! The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam didn’t appoint anyone to succeed him.

Is it okay for someone (apart from myself) to recite some Qur’an (such as surah Ikhlas) and then blow it over my food/drink, and then for me to consume this? The intention is for it to be a cure for my illnesses.

You shouldn’t blow on food, Only on water or oil.

If somebody had an eye problem where they could not see properly but there is a treatment for it. So after the treatment they can see better Insha Allah but their eyes may end up looking different as a result of the treatment is this permissible?

Is it Mustahabb to raise hands in funeral prayer? If imam and other followers are not raising hands then should I follow them or I should raise my hands to make a sunnah?

It is a highly recommended sunnah and if the Imam doesn’t raise his hands, your can raise it on your own.

Is it permissible for a female to go out example for shopping, buy household items, dropout kids for school without mehram? How far a female can travel (example between xx miles distance) without mehram? Is there any certain time after that she can’t go out without mehram even in the case of necessity?

As long as it is safe and within city limits, she doesn’t need a mahram.

In one of my classes we did a dissection on a dead animal. I only used water to wash off the dissecting utensils, but I later found out that there was soap available after I had already put away the utensils. I did not tell the professor, is it wrong for me not to tell her ?
