As a woman, which pleases Allah SWT more? Raising a family? Or becoming a gynecologist in order to help the ummah (there is a rarity of female doctors so it will be using Allah’s gift to help fellow Muslims). If you can do both, this is a win win situation. However, studying medicine is full of haram such as free mixing and other things. I recommend that you get married and take care of your children and family. Going to USA  and leaving your Muslim country is not a good idea at all.
