I want to know about a hadeeth. ” a person who died due to stomach illness would be in jannah “. The stomach illness is due to drinking but he felt guilty later in his bed(at his serious condition) and suffered a lot of pain for more than 3 months. Is the above hadeeth applicable for him.

If it was a result of intoxications, he is not included in the hadeeth.

If I do Wudoo for Fajr on a Friday, and then wear my socks, after I’ve prayed I take off my socks and do obligatory Ghusl only (only washing mouth nose and body once as I already have Wudoo) and put the same socks back on after, is it permissible for me to wipe over these later for example when redoing Wudoo for Jum’uah.

What counts is the wudhu after Fajr! If The second time you put on your socks you were in the state of wudhu from fajr, this is sufficient and you can wipe. If not, due to answering the call of nature while having ghusul or before that, you can’t wipe on your socks.

what is the ruling on under shaving or getting a hair cut or cutting moustache and like setting the beard and cutting nails in state of junub?

My question is regarding wudu. If the beard is thick at the chin does one have to wash the outer layer of the part of the beard that is below the chin and extends to the top of the neck? I don’t know if it would be part of the face in wudu. If this is obligatory to do then what about the wudu’s which I have done earlier in which I did not wash this part? Would it be valid?

If the beard is thin and the skin can be seen, washing the skin is mandatory. But if it is thick, putting the wet fingers in between the hair with some water is sufficient.

I have received Provident Fund from my ex-organisation which also contains some interest amount. Now, I want to get rid of interest amount. How could I get rid of that interest amount?

I intend to study accountancy. One part of accountancy is auditing, and this is related to interest-related calculationsetc during job. Is this Halal? The Hadith in Bukari where the Prophet said something said something like this: “When the power or authority comes to the hand of the unfit person, then wait for the (final) Hour” is it fitting to use it on a Kafir like trump or does it only apply to Muslims cause I saw many using it if you ask them of the Isnad they could not tell you and every is not fit for power
