While I was praying by keeping a chair as sutrah, a woman picks up that chair and replaced it with a big hand bag. Is that a great sin that she should repent? Do I need to repeat the prayer?

We live in Jeddah.Last Friday, we went to Makkah and performed Tawaf and returned back,My daughter who is 12 years old had attained puberty that morning and did not understand what was happening to her and did not tell me either. During the khutbah,the donation box in the masjid is passed to the musolli and every mussolli has to pass the box to the person next to him irrespective whether they put some money in it or not.We know that during khutbah,it’s wrong to collect donation like this.So,during khutba,if I fall into such situation of passing the box to next person,will rewardof my jummah be void?

He is sinful and accountable by law to pay. However, this doesn’t deprive him from his rights to meet his girls and to be with them. File a case against him at court demanding that he pays the backpay of 5 years and to ensure he pays on regular basis from now on.
