Sheikh, I’ve committed a major sin and would like to repent from it sincerely. I just lost my temper with my mother. I cursed her by calling her an idiot and talking in a loud voice. How can I make up for this act? Please advise.

You must ask for her forgiveness and repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and sincerity! I don’t know any sin that is more heinous or serious than this except shirk!

For male, while praying taraweeh alone at home he should pray silently or loudly?

If at the end of your period you saw your purity, ignore any colored discharge until you see next the flow of blood.

I’ve heard that after cutting our nails and removing the hair under the arms and the hair below the navel, one should collect them all and bury them, cause it’s said that we all are made from soil thus the hair and nails should be put back to the earth. Also some people here believe that we should bury our hair (i.e.hair on head). Are all these beliefs authentic, sheikh?

Is it obligatory to remove hair from around the back passage? It is very difficult to do so as one can’t see them..

I have given five hunderd thausand (500000)doller on loan to four(4) deffrint people i have been giving zakat for the last four years and still i am not sure when they are going return me the money or even i am not sure if they are going to give me all my money so now should i wait till i get money and then give ZAKAT or should i keep giving ZAKAT.

If you ask them for the money every year and insist on getting it back and they apologize that they don’t have or refuse to give it back, there is no zakat on it until you receive it! But if you are shy to ask, then you must pay zakat every single year.

Today i came to a place where i disnot know which side was qibla and i wanted to pray. So instead of missing the prayer in doubt of qibla direction i just spread the prayer mat n prayed. Will my prayer be accepted or should i go home and pray again?

This is not permissible. Praying to the qibla is a condition of prayer. You must try your level best either by looking at the position of the sun to find out the directions or to check a compass or your mobile or ask the locals or check the masjid.

Is Tahiyyat Al Masjid a Sunnah Muaqaddah or a nafil sunnah? I’m confused because I’m aware there was an incident when a man came to Jumu’ah and sat down during the khutbah, the Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon him) asked him to get up and pray two Sunnah, could you please explain
