These are all innovations. Most what the people in India and Pakistan practice is not according to Quran and sunnah as they blindly follow their scholars who make a lot of money of them!

If I am walking down a street and I hear one person rebuking another using slangs and foul language, is it a must upon me to say something like ”Don’t say such things” or ”Fear Allaah” to the person using slang?

if I insert white cloth/tissue &it comes out clean with no sign of white nor any colored discharge but when u feel area its wet is this considered sign of dryness or area should be completely dry(no wetness at all) after inserting?

Dryness means that there are no colored discharge. This area is always moist!

I had my nikkah but not had any marital relation with my husband yet as we live in different counties and hope to have the waleema in a few months time. My husband is somewhat a person with good character, prays etc. However he informed me only after the nikkah that he occasionally smokes. Am I expected to divorce him for this reason as its haram or I stay in the marriage and make Dua he changes

You must not have any communication with her as she is a total stranger to you. Approach her Muslim wali for her hand in marriage. If she doesn’t have one, the Muslim judge or the authorized Imam of the Islamic center becomes her Wali.
