And her current husband keep asking about how intimate was her relationship with her previous husband.She was real intimate with her former husband but can she lie to him, like they were never close? Her current husband is sinful for asking her such questions! She was married to her former husband so intimacy with him was halal at that time! She should get angry whenever he asks her and refuse to answer!

I wanted to know wether wearing scarf during the adhaan is bid’ah or not ? I am very confused as I heard some scholars saying that it’s okay if it’s done for respect and some said that it’s bid’ah and what about wearing scarf at the time of opening the fast?

It is not permissible for your sister to ask him these questions as she is non mahram to him. Ask your wali to approach him with these questions instead.

My question is regarding the souls of righteous people after death. Is it in the Illiyyeen or in the body in the grave? Is the soul returned to the body in the grave only for the questioning? Actually, there are many hadith and I am not able to figure out what our belief regarding soul after death should be. Some hadith say it is sent back to earth from heavens. Other says in Illiyyeen.

Sheikh can u explain why a woman may go to markets and even restaurants completely covered but not to a mixed wedding where she is also completely covered. (people taunt me and I do not know what to tell them)

In such a wedding, there is music, dancing, free mixing and things that a fully covered muslimah must not be there. There would be socialization and probably flirting unlike supermarkets and restaurants.
