ANSWER: If the pregnancy is below 120 days, this is not a human being yet and she will not see it in Jannah.

ANSWER: No problem! The hadeeth you are referring to is when buying it off trees. You don’t know after a month or so whether it will become ripe or pests would harm it etc.
