QUESTION: An uncle of mine who lives next door to us, falsely accused and slandered my mother and sister. all this happened when I was in another city. I know you must reply whenever someone says salam to you. but can I completely ignore him, as me replying to him may show that I support his claims too. how should a slanderer be treated?
