Why is it not allowed to keep ANY photos of the deceased’?

ANSWER: Because it renews sadness in one’s heart, and it is as if glorifying them after their death. The origin of shirk on earth began by making statues of the dead.

The prescribed dua before sleeping such as baqarah last 2 verse & last 3 surah etc, if I recite but after that intercourse(planned or unplanned) happen and then should I have to recite the dua again?

ANSWER: This suffices in Sha Allah but if you recite it again, that would be better.

I would like to know if it is possible to say the dua in salat istighâra in one’s own language for non Arabic speaking people.

ANSWER: One must recite the duaa of istikhara prayer in Arabic. He can even read it from a paper.

Is it permissible to recite Quran withlut moving lips? Do we get the same reward?

When is the suitable time to recite surah Kahf on Friday ? Some says on Thursday , after the magrib prayer and some tells on Friday before the magrib prayer begins. Please advice us.

I am little confused , is rolling pants a sin(just like one fold) to ensure that they are above ankles as almost all of my garments are above ankle , I am not talking about only in salah , I am talking about every time, would rolling it up prevents me from the sin?or should I look forward cutting it

ANSWER: No this is not sinful as you are obliged to keep them over the ankles whether by folding or cutting them.

ya sheikh, can a person who intend to travel pray both zuhr and Asr prayers during the time for zuhr?

ANSWER: If he hasn’t left his hometown, combining is not permissible until he leaves the boarders of his town.

sheikh I don’t get it, if your sins from the past happened long time ago and you forgot about it and became closer to Allah swt and your repenting for you current shortcomings, isnt it better to forget about the past and move on and continue worshipping instead of dwelling on it because you have gotten closer to Allah swt now anyway?
