sheikh, can I use lotion or cream on skin, or are those barriers to wudu?

ANSWER: If it’s a thick substance which would prevent water from reaching the skin, you must remove it before making wudu. If it’s like oil and it wouldn’t form a layer, in this case just rubbing water in while doing wudu is sufficient.

What are minimum number of days of a menstrual cycle? If a woman gets regular periods for two days only and gets dry for next 1 to 2 days followed by slow discharge (sometimes red and sometimes Brown) for next 2 or 3 days, can she say prayers in those 2 dry days and also in next days in which she gets slow discharge?

ANSWER: If a whole day passes and she is totally dry, she must take ghusul and start to pray. The colored discharges after her purity are not considered from her menses. She should not stop praying until she sees the flow of the blood again.

Can women see gross & microscopic images of all external & internal parts of male & female body including their awrah,weapon,poison & all other sensitive stuffs in books of all subjects & also by internet to understand anatomy,body function,disease developing process,symptoms & treatment of disease,how medicine works in body,investigation report etc though she doesn’t need certain subjects?

ANSWER: If this is part of her study or work, this is permissible. If this is not needed nor essential, she must not do that.

In Salah, after reciting Surah Fatiha, if I read little portion from a middle of Surah, do I need to say Bismillah or AuzuBillah even if I have recited Bismillah and AuzuBillah at the beginning of Salah?

ANSWER: You don’t have to say aaoozbillah, as for bismillah you should say it if you’re reciting a surah from the beginning and not from the middle.

One boy asked me that may be his mother’s father died in USA and his kabr or grave was given by placing his body in a box.I mean that the body was in box and then the box was buried.So my question is that is it permitted or haram if haram then what should they do because he is now buried.

There are are two types of price for an online product: product price and shipping price. Is it ok to sell the product for free and increase the shipping or markup the product price and make the shipping free to make reasonable profit after advertising cost

Sheikh are we supposed to keep quiet on the first adhan only or if there are 3 to 4 masajid in our area and they give adhan one after another so we should still keep quiet till all of them are finished. and answer them all. please guide me

I was in a shopping mall when the time for maghrib came. They had a prayer room. When I went inside I saw women in the back, and there was no partition. I didn’t know If i should just walk to the front and pray there or not. I just decided to pray in my car. Did I do the wrong thing.

ANSWER: You can’t pray in the car without a valid reason as standing is one of the pillars of Salah. You should have enquired about men’s prayer hall or prayed anywhere standing.

I have parents who follow religion but Treat their own children unfairly. As Allah is my witness, despite of having a difficult childhood, I forgave my parents because they have rights on me. I tried to be there for them to the best of my capabilities but I feel that my other siblings always get more attention & love than me.
