Sir, Is Hire Purchase is halal.? E.G if i buy a car or house through bank and pay its price in installments over a specified period of time. in this proces price exceeds the original price of the car.e.g if a car worths 10 lac rupees and if i buy it through a bank i will have to pay 12 lac but in installments over a specified time. kindly clarify me about this issue.

ANSWER: You must not take non believers as friends, you can treat her in a good way, be kind and polite and give her dawah, but to be a friend and to love her is not Islamic, as each person will be with those whom he loves in the hereafter.
